| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cyber Media India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors after taking note of the resignation of the existing auditors of the Company, accepted the resignation and advised the Audit Committee to initiate the process of appointment of new statutory auditor of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2013 were presented before the Audit Committee and the Board. However, as stated above, since the auditors have resigned, the limited review could not be conducted. In view of the same, the Company is unable to submit the said results with the Stock Exchange.
These results shall be submitted once the process of the appointment of new auditor is completed and results are limited reviewed by the said auditor. |
