Further, pursuant to Clause 35B of Listing Agreement, e-voting facility provided to the shareholders to vote on the resolutions to be passed in the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The cut-off date for determining the shareholders entitled to cast their vote through remote e-voting as well as voting through ballot paper in the AGM is September 23, 2015 and the remote e-voting commences from September 26, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. and ends at September 29, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. |
