| Exchange Disseminated Time | BGR Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company convened on May 23, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 (Q4) and for the FY ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend a dividend for the FY 2013-14 stands postponed and will be held on May 30, 2014.
Further, as per the code of conduct of insider trading regulations, the closure of trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will also be extended till June 01, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
