- To consider, adopt and take on record the quarterly unaudited results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for all the designated employees and directors of the Company from January 30, 2016 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 to the public. |
