| Exchange Disseminated Time | KEI Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeing held on February 05, 2011, inter-alia, took note of the recent development of its Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Division.
Further, it is informed that the Company has marked its presence into Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) space by bagging order worth approx. 145 cr in the State ofMadhya Pradesh (MP).
This EPC contract is on turn-key basis for survey, supply of materials, erection, testing & commissioning of 33kV & 11kV Substation and Distribution lines in Power Distribution Segment, which was awarded by MP State Power Distribution companies. This EPC contract has been awarded to the Company under RAPDRP Scheme, Feeder Seperation Scheme & Rajeev Gandhi Gramin Vidyutikaran Yojna (RGGVY). |
