| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maharashtra Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To adopt Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015;
2. To adopt and approve the Balance Sheet for the year ended March 31, 2015 together with Profit and Loss Account as at that date and Report of the Directors;
3. To appoint M/s. RNA & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15;
4. To adopt Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015;
5. To adopt Code of Conduct for regulate, monitor & report trading by its employees and other connected persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015;
Further, in accordance with Model Code of Conduct pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 1992, and the Code of Conduct framed for Prevention of Insider Trading by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from May 29, 2015 and would open on June 01, 2015, i.e., after the announcement of the Audited financial results to the public. |
