Further, the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company is also scheduled to be held on May 07, 2015 for declaration of Final Dividend and to consider the others items listed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading; the Trading Window for trading in equity shares of the Company will be closed from April 30, 2015 to May 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company. |
