| Exchange Disseminated Time 08/03/2016 20:14:30 | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on March 14, 2016, to consider and declare Interim Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Bank for the financial year 2015-16.
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Bank by insiders shall remain closed from March 09, 2016 to March 16, 2016 ( both days inclusive), in terms of the Bank’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Bank under SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, The trading window shall open for trading in securities from March 17, 2016. |
