Therefore, pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities is now closed with immediate effect till closure of Company's business hours on 06th February, 2018.
Accordingly, Directors/ Designated Employees of the Company and their dependant family members are now prohibited from trading in the Company's securities during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
