- The award given by the arbitrator in favour of M/s. International Techno Media Private Limited against the Company for Rs. 78,00,59,879/- (Seventy Eight Crores Fifty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Nine Only) set aside by the Honorable II Additional District Judge, R. R District by order dated July 02, 2015 the same was earlier shown as Contingent Liabilities in the notes to the Audited Financial Statements as on March 31, 2015. The contingent liabilities reduced by to the extent of Rs. 78 Crores. |
