Further, in pursuant to Clause 7 of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares of the Company for Promoters/ Directors and Employees of the Company shall be closed from May 05, 2015 to May 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2015. |
