| Exchange Disseminated Time | JSW Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on August 02, 2014, inter alia, the Board would consider the adoption of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) ended on June 30, 2014.
Keeping in view the relevant provisions of the above mentioned Code as duly approved by Board of Directors, the Company has informed that the Trading Window will be closed from July 23, 2014 to August 03, 2014 (both days inclusive) and shall open on August 04, 2014.
All designated employees and all persons concerned as insiders are requested NOT to trade in shares of the Company till the trading window is opened. |
