| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Business Standard on May 4, 2015 titled "Adani Group, GSPC mull over equity options to finance Mundra terminal"
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd replied stating "The news paper report has not been given by us and we do not wish to speculate on the report.
We have no such development that requires disclosure under clause 36 of the Listing Agreement. If we do have, we will make the disclosure in accordance with the regulatory requirements." |
