Consequent to the said issuance and allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 2642,93,33,530/- divided into 264,29,33,353 Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 2952,93,33,350/- divided into 295,29,33,353 Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each. |
