We wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday 12th February , 2018 at the Administrative Office of the Company at 5, Motimahal, 195, J.T. Road, Backbay Reclamation, Churchgate, Mumbai 400020, at 5.00 p.m.(S.T.), inter-alia to consider the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2017 alongwith noting of the Limited Review Report for that quarter.

Further the 'Trading window' for dealing/trading in securities of the Company by insider, shall remain closed from February 7,2018 till February 14, 2018 (both days inclusive) i.e. till the completion of 2(Two) working days after the declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended on December 31,2017.
