1. Appointed Mr. Kunnel Prem, Principal ZTC, Life Insurance Corporation of lndia (LIC), Agra, as the Nominee Director, who shall be representing the LIC on the board of the Company on the basis of the Consent letter as received by the Company from the above named personnel.
2. Considered and approved the resignation as tendered by Mr. Anil Patodia from the directorship of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Patodia was a Non-executive Independent Director in the Company. |
