NLC India Ltd has informed BSE that In terms of Regulation 7 of LODR, Integrated Enterprises(India) Limited (IEIL), Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA), has informed that, consequent to the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement by the High Court, Madras, vide their order dated 03/06/2016 for demerger, the Registry and Share Transfer Activities would be carried out by a new entity, "Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited". They have also communicated that there is no change in their ownership, address and Contact Details except name.
