| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sanjay Leasing Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2012 has allotted 9,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 105/- (including premium of Rs. 95/-) per share on preferential basis to the persons in promoter group, as per provisions of Chapter VII of Securities Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009.
The paid up Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 48,00,000/- to Rs 1,38,00,000/-. |
