Further, as per Clause 2 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company ("Code"), the trading window will remain closed from February 06, 2015 to February 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014 for Directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code. The trading window will reopen on February 16, 2015. |
