AGM notice including e-voting instructions has been sent to the members of the Company and also available on the Company's website www.cineline.co.in
Pursuant to Regulation 34 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we shall submit the Annual Report to the Stock Exchanges within 21 working days of it being approved and adopted in the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
We further inform that Board of Directors in their meeting held on 23rd May, 2017 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each, for the year ended 31st March, 2017 and that the payment of dividend, if approved at the ensuing AGM will be made on or after 24th September, 2017 to the shareholders whose name appear in the register of members as at the close of business hours on 12th September, 2017 (Record Date)after giving effect to valid transfers lodged and to the beneficial owners of shares as on 12th September, 2017 as per details furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (INDIA) Limited (CDSL) or this purpose.
The above disclosures are in compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and statutory provisions.
