1. To amend Memorandum of Association by incorporating certain new objects in the Main Object Clause.
2. To make investment by way of subscription or purchase of Preference Shares of M/s. Greenstar Fertilizers Limited for an amount not exceeding Rs.50 Crores.
3. To give guarantee and/or provide security in connection with a loan/financial assistance availed or to be availed by M/s. EDAC Automation Limited to the extent of Rs. 2 Crores. |
