| Exchange Disseminated Time | Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Declaration of Dividend @ 5% i.e. Re 0.50 per share on equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.
3. Appointment of Mr. Sushil Mittal, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers him for reappointment.
4. Appointment of Auditors, M/s. Kanodia Sanyal & Associates, Chartered Accounts, are retiring of the AGM.
5. Appointment of Mr. Punit Gupta & Mr. Shiv Kumar Mittal as Directors of the Company.
6. Appointment of Mr. Punit Gupta as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five year w.e.f. April 30, 2007. |
