| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2013, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. The Board of Directors has not recommended any dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2013, in view of loss incurred by the Company during financial year 2012-13.
2. The Board has constituted a Compensation Committee for Employees Stock Option Scheme.
3. The Board has, subject to approval of the shareholders, approved an Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2013 as recommended by the Compensation Committee. |
