2. Rights entitlement - Rights Issue of 37,03,364 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each for cash at an issue price of Rs.270/- per equity share (including premium of Rs.260/- per equity share) in the ratio of 578 equity shares for every 1000 equity shares held, aggregating to Rs.99.99 Crores. |
