| Exchange Received Time 15/09/2017 17:28:52 Exchange Disseminated Time 15/09/2017 17:28:58 Time Taken 00:00:06 | Pursuant to the undertaking sworn to BSE Limited dated 20.07.2017, Board of Directors in their meeting held on 13.09.2017 have made following changes to the Draft Composite Scheme of Arrangement, such changes are made in PART F of the Scheme, by adding sub - clauses 2.3 and 2.4 to the main Clause 2 i.e. Listing of Equity Shares of Resulting Company - 1 and Resulting Company - 2:
2.3 The new equity shares allotted by Resulting Company -1 and Resulting Company - 2, pursuant to clause 1.1 and clause 1.2 above, shall remain frozen in the depositories system till the listing / trading permission is given by the BSE and NSE.
2.4 There shall be no change in the shareholding pattern or control in Resulting Company-1 and Resulting Company-2 between the record date and the listing which may affect the status of this approval.
