| Exchange Disseminated Time | Apte Amalgamations Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, has made few changes in the designation of the Directors of the Company to constitute the Key Managerial Personnel and abide by the provisions of Section 203 read with Rule 8A of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, of the Companies Act, 2013. The changes are as mentioned below:
1. Mr. Jashwant Mehta to be designated as the Whole Time Director of the Company.
2. Mr. Chetan Mehta to be designated as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
3. Ms. Sony Sarkar is appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company, herewith complying in pursuance to the requirements of the Listing Agreement.
The Company also has appointed Ms. Dhwani J. Mehta as the Women Director of the Company, pursuant to Section 149(1) of the Companies Act, 2013. |
