- To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended and half year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, in view of foregoing and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window will be closed for the period from October 27, 2015 till 48 hours after the date on which the said financial results are communicated to the Stock Exchange. |
