| Exchange Disseminated Time | | BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 11, 2012, has approved the proposal for setting up of a new chemical production site at Dahej, India. The new site will be an integrated hub for polyurethane manufacturing and will also house production facilities for care chemicals and polymer dispersions for coatings and paper. The total cost of the setting up of site is estimated to be INR 1000 crores and the same will be financed by BIL through internal accruals and loans. The start of the production is planned for 2014. |
