| Exchange Disseminated Time | Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have allotted 20,000 Equity Shares of
Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.20/- per share on conversion of stock options issued under Employees Stock Option Plan 2005 after realisation of Rs.6.00 lakhs from the allottee.
Further the Company has informed that consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the company stands increased from Rs.19,51,46,650/- comprising of 1,95,14,665 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs.19,53,46,650/- comprising of 1,95,34,665 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. |
