| Exchange Disseminated Time | Manipal Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2011 inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance sheet as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account for the period ended on that date and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Sri Chandappa R. Sherigar, as a Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Pai Nayak & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Udupi, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office until conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
