Deloitte Haskin & Sells for a period of 5 years i.e. from the conclusion of 40th AGM held on September 30, 2016 till the conclusion of 45th AGM to be held in the year 2021, subject to ratification of their appointment by the members at every AGM under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. |
