| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated January 13, 2015, has made allotment of 9,008 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to an eligible employee upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS - 2013).
Upon such allotment, the equity paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 37,24,00,046/- (Rupees Thirty Seven Crore Twenty Four Lacs and Forty Six) divided into 18,62,00,023 (Eighteen Crore Sixty Two Lacs and Twenty Three) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each to Rs. 37,24,18,062/- (Rupees Thirty Seven Crore Twenty Four Lacs Eighteen Thousand and Sixty Two) divided into 18,62,09,031 (Eighteen Crore Sixty Two Lacs Nine Thousand Thirty One) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each. |
