| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of postal Ballot, have passed the special resolutions, with requisite majority for :
1. Appointment and payment of remuneration to Mr. R. K. Rewari, CEO & Executive Director.
2. Holding of place of profit by Mr. P. K. Gothi, Non Executive Director.
Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Gothi had resigned from the Company with effect from March 05, 2010, the resolution for holding of place of profit by Mr. Gothi was valid only for the period from January 01, 2010 to March 05, 2010, being the tenure of his association with the Company and applicability of provision of law for the said period. |
