| Exchange Disseminated Time | Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that Shri Gauri Shankar, Executive Director, is entrusted with the additional charge of the Managing Director &CEO of the Bank for a period for 3 months with effect from the date he assumes charge of the post or till the date of appointment of regular incumbent or till further orders, whichever is the earliest in compliance of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Appointments Committee of Cabinet's order dated February 09, 2015.
Shri Gauri Shanker has assumed charge of the office with effect from February 09, 2015. |
