| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/11/2015 12:55:25 | Alstom T & D India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2015, has constituted a Committee of Independent Directors (IDC) for providing reasoned recommendations on the open offer to the Shareholders of the Company made by GE Energy Europe B.V. ("Acquirer") and persons acting in concert with the Acquirer under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
The Company shall, in due course, communicate the recommendations by IDC on the open offer. |
