| Exchange Disseminated Time | Times Guaranty Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 18, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2009 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 together with the Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. S. Sivakumar & Mr. Avinash Jain as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Haribhakti & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Authority to the Board to kept the Register of Members, Index of Members, Register of Debenture holders, Index of Debenture holders and other related books at the premises of the Company's Register and Transfer Agents viz. M/s. Sharepro Services (India) Pvt. Ltd, 13 AB, Samhita Warehousing Complex, Second Floor, Sakinaka Telephone Exchange Lane, Off. Andheri Kurla Road, Sakinaka, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400 072 and also at 912, Raheja Centre, Free Pres Journal Road, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021. |
