1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2008 and the Directors and Auditors report.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Balakrishna Karande & Dr. K Venkat Ramani, retirement by rotation, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. P Murli & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company. |
