Cubex Tubings Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2008, inter alia, have unanimously approved the following Resolutions:

1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2008 and the Directors and Auditors report.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Balakrishna Karande & Dr. K Venkat Ramani, retirement by rotation, as Directors of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. P Murli & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
