| Exchange Disseminated Time | West Coast Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2008, inter alia, have decided to issue preference shares up to Rs 65 Crores as an alternative way of raising funds for expansion programme, subject to approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 30, 2008.
Consequential amendments in the Memorandum and Articles of Association are also included in the supplementary notice to be sent to the shareholders. |
