| Exchange Disseminated Time | Britannia Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting to consider and announce the financial results for the 3rd quarter ended December, 2013 is scheduled on February 14, 2014, in that respect the Trading Window of the Company has been closed from January 30, 2014 to till 24 hours after the quarterly financial results are made public.
During this period, none of the Directors/Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependants, shall deal in the securities of the Company as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in terms of 12(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
