| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Containers Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the unaudited Financial Results for the period ended June 30, 2015.
Further, also pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code') of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from July 28, 2015 to August 09, 2015 for the designated employees of the Company and their relatives as defined under the Code. |
