1. To consider and approve, inter-alia, the un-audited financial results (provisional) for the quarter and nine-month period ended December 31, 2016.
2. To consider the proposal for further issue of equity shares and warrants to the promoters of the Company.
Further, the trading window for the "Designated Employees" of the Company shall be closed for the purpose of declaration of un-audited financial results of the company for quarter ended December 31, 2016 for all "Designated Employees" including Directors of the Company from February 04, 2017 till twenty-four hours after announcement of financial results in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017. |
