| Exchange Disseminated Time | Creative Eye Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 10, 2016, inter-alia, took on record the following matters namely:
1. Considered and Approved the Re-appointment of Secretarial Auditor (M/s Kaushal Doshi & Associates) and fixed their remuneration for the financial year 2015-2016.
2. Authorized Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Kochhar (Managing Director) to sign the new Listing Agreement as per SEBI circular dated October 13, 2015.
3. The Board has Authorized the following Key Managerial Personnel to determine the materiality of event and information for the process of making decision of making disclosure to the stock Exchange as per Regulation 30 (5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. |
