This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 inter-alia to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31st 2017.
Please also be informed that as per the company's Code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 26, 2018 to February 4, 2018 (Both day inclusive).
