| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/12/2015 15:54:18 | | Swaraj Automotives Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have received an intimation from b4S Solutions Private Limited ("b4S") whereby they have informed the Company that they have acquired the entire equity stake of 71730 equity shares (representing 2.99% of paid-up equity capital of Swaraj Automotives Ltd.) held by Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation ("PSIDC"), one of promoters of the Company, at a price of Rs. 145.50 per equity share which is the same that b4S have agreed with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited ("M&M") to acquire their stake.
