| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/01/2016 16:08:44 | With reference to the earlier letter dated January 19, 2016 regarding Board Meeting on January 28, 2016, Alok Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that in view of the unavailability of some of the Company's Directors, the Company have decided to postpone its Board Meeting to January 30, 2016. The Agenda of the meeting remains unchanged.
Further the Company has informed that, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from January 23, 2016 to February 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
