1. Board considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Ketaki Sawant-Satam as KMP designated as "Company Secretary and Compliance Officer" as recommended in the Nomination & Remuneration Committee meeting held on August 05, 2015.
2. Board also considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Avinash Khare as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company as recommended in the Nomination & Remuneration Committee meeting held on August 05, 2015.
3. Board also considered and approved the appointment of Mr. JHR & Associates and C. S. Adawadkar & Co. as the Internal Auditors of the Company as recommended in the Nomination & Remuneration Committee meeting held on August 05, 2015. |
