Summit Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on November 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.

For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (‘the Code’) adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 29, 2016 upto November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on November 12, 2016.

Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from October 29, 2016 upto November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
