1. Monthly progress report (March 2014) for regulators compliance
The Board of Directors discussed the Monthly Progress Report (March 2014) and compliance of SEBI order dated August 30, 2013
The Board was informed that Company received cheques of Rs. 5.20 crores from Precise Consulting And Engineering Pvt Ltd which was bounced due to insufficient funds in the account. The same was communicated to SEBI.
Director of Precise Consulting And Engineering Pvt Ltd thereafter assured us that the cheques will not be bounced this time because they have arranged for funds and communicated to the Company to encash the amount of cheques for Rs. 2 crores and Rs. 1.20 crores. The same was encashed on March 25, 2014 and on March 26, 2014. After this Rs. 2 crores will be the balance amount to be received from Precise Consulting And Engineering Pvt Ltd and the same will be encashed shortly as informed by Precise Consulting And Engineering Pvt Ltd. |
