1. The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on September 11, 2009.
2. Resignation of Directors:
i. Mr. M Kurokawa has been resigned from the Board with effect from May 29, 2009.
ii. Mr. M Watanabe has been resigned from the Board with effect from May 29, 2009.
3. Appointment of Directors:
i. Mr. H Aota and has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company with effect from May 29, 2009.
ii. Mr. M Morikawa has been appointed as Director of the Company with effect from May 29, 2009. |
