| Exchange Disseminated Time | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of the Bank allotted 2,17,74,232 equity of shares of Rs. 10/- each as Bonus Shares to the shareholders/beneficial owners of the bank as on the Record Date (September 18, 2010) on September 20, 2010.
Further the Bank has informed that, Shri A. S. Janarthanan, Non-Executive (Part-time) Chairman of the Bank demitted office after the close of the office hours on September 23, 2010 on completion of his two year term of office.
Shri K. P. Kumar will be the Non-Executive (Part-Time) Chairman of the Bank from September 24, 2010 in terms of the approval accorded by the RBI vide its letter dated September 16, 2010. |
